This Privacy Policy describes how Funnel Masters Ltd. (“we”, “RevTrack”, “the Company”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data through the RevTrack software platform.

RevTrack acts as a data controller in relation to the personal data of its registered users and as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR in relation to end-customer data processed through the platform on behalf of those users.

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

• User account data: name, email address, and IP address
• Advertising platform data (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads): identifiers and information relating to connected advertising accounts, campaigns, ad groups, advertisements, advertising spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other statistical metrics available through the relevant integration
• Website sales data: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order value
• Technical data: IP address, access logs, browser type, operating system, session identifiers, and error data
• Cookies: functional cookies used for sessions, authentication, and security

3. End Users’ Data

When RevTrack users process personal data belonging to their own customers (for example, customers of online stores), those users act as data controllers. RevTrack processes such data solely on their instructions and for the purpose of providing the service.

End users should exercise their rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) through the merchant from whom they purchased a product or service.

5. Legal Basis

6. Data Retention

Personal data is stored for up to 24 months after the last account activity or termination of the contract, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical deletion may take up to 30 days, and backup copies may be retained for a limited period solely for security purposes.

7. Data Storage and International Transfers

Data is stored on servers operated by infrastructure providers such as DigitalOcean, which may be located within the European Union or outside it. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Data Sharing

RevTrack does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties except where necessary to provide the service or where required by law. Personal data may be processed by DigitalOcean (hosting), Stripe (payments), Meta Platforms (Meta Ads), Google (Google Ads), and TikTok (TikTok Ads) in connection with providing the relevant advertising integrations.
